Reserving a place on a course:
When you have decided on a course date you will need to complete and submit a booking form.

On receipt of the booking form we will issue a course programme and an invoice.

Course payment and booking:

A place on a course can only be confirmed once payment is received by bank transfer.

If paying a deposit, the balance of the course fee is due six weeks (42 days) prior to the course start date.

Amendment / Cancellation by the customer:
All cancellations must be in writing by email and acknowledged by Phill George Mountaineering.

If you cancel your place on a course within 6 weeks (42 days) of the course start date, on the commencement date of the course, or during / after the course, we will not be able to refund your payment or move your booking on to a future course date.

If you wish to amend your booking (change to another course date) within the 6 week (42 day) cancellation / amendment period, we will do our best to try and fill your original place so that you can move your payment on to a different course.

If we are unable to fill your place we are unable to offer this and you will need to make a new booking.

We recommend that you take out personal insurance to cover cancellation on your part.

Amendment / Cancellation by Phill George Mountaineering:
Every attempt is made to ensure that courses run but in the event of cancellation (due to weather conditions, etc) by Phill George Mountaineering we will notify you as soon as possible.

You will be offered a full refund of the course fee paid or have the option of joining another course on a different date.

In the event of cancellation by Phill George Mountaineering we will not be liable and are unable to reimburse any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.
